It was late when I texted the phone number on the website asking questions about the product and delivery so I didn't expect an answer until the next day, but to my surprise, they responded right away. I got my answers, placed my order online and they texted me back to tell me everything was good and they were going to send out the product the very next morning. On top of that they upgraded me to a faster shipping for free which I thought was absolutely incredible. I have never been more satisfied with customer service with any other company ever. I highly recommend using this company and the product was amazing and absolutely beautiful and great quality. Exactly what I wanted.
